Welcome all youth leaders to the Virtual Business Expo (ViBE) community! The Terms of Use will govern your access throughout the use of all our web pages. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the services. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent when filling in any personal identifiable information or agreeing to create any existing posts, accounts, etc.

1.2 By submitting content to the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to post such content.
1.3 Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting content, including their organization name, event name, email, and website links.
1.4 The Website reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or unlawful, in its sole discretion.
2. Protection Against Fraud
2.1 Virtual Business Expo (ViBE) for Youth Leaders takes measures to prevent fraudulent usage of the Website. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity theft, phishing, or scamming, will result in immediate termination of access to the Website and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Age Requirements
3.1 The Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors under the age of 18 may only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 The Website is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the Website unless granted parent or guardian’s consent, those who are of age to legally accept the term.

5.2 Users are responsible for verifying the details and regulations of events hosted by third-party organizations before attending. ViBE is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise from attending events organized by third parties. Users attend such events at their own risk and discretion.
5.3 ViBE is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of interactions with third-party content or events. Users acknowledge and agree that their interactions with third-party content or events are solely between them and the third party, and ViBE Youth shall not be held responsible for any consequences thereof.
6. Account Creation and Responsibilities
6.1 By creating an account on ViBE, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You also agree not to use a username that infringes on the rights of others or includes the name of another person without proper authorization.
6.2 ViBE reserves the right to manage user accounts and content posted on the website. We may monitor, edit, or delete any content or account at our discretion. Additionally, ViBE reserves the right to cancel or suspend user accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
6.3 Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts and must promptly notify ViBE of any unauthorized use or security breaches. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding account creation and usage.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content provided on the ViBE website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the intellectual property of ViBE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ViBE website without prior written permission from ViBE or the respective intellectual property rights holder.
7.3 By uploading or submitting any content to the ViBE website, including user-generated content, users grant ViBE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
7.4 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they upload or submit to the ViBE website does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. ViBE reserves the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
