We’re Hiring — CEO/Director-General for AXIS MUN!

Welcome to AXIS MUN — where fairness meets opportunity.

We’re building a global MUN revolution with tiered committees to ensure that every delegate, whether a beginner or a veteran, gets a fair platform to shine.

And now, we’re looking for a visionary CEO (Director-General) to lead the charge!

Who we’re looking for:

10–20 MUNs experience (global or national)

Strong networks in the MUN community (WhatsApp groups, organizers, alumni, etc.)

Leadership experience (in MUNs, Secretariat teams, or event management)

Skills with Canva, Wix, Weebly, or similar platforms (a plus!)

Someone who believes in fairness, growth, and redefining the MUN experience

Role Details:

Paid position (compensation on successful completion of the event)

Flexibility to recruit your Secretariat team

Full creative and operational leadership for the conference.

This is not just a role — it’s a movement.
