Healing brushes is a student run organization that helps kids in hospitals by boosting their mood through art. It is a platform that provides volunteers the opportunity to brighten young patient’s days using two main methods of volunteering. Here are the two ways they are able to volunteer:

Brighten the day of a child in the hospital by creating an Art Project Basket! Each basket is filled with all the necessary art supplies for a specific project, helping children in hospitals a chance to express their creativity and enjoy a fun activity. To participate, simply enroll by filling out our form, and we’ll email you detailed information on the supplies needed. For every basket you complete, you’ll earn 60 minutes of community service!

Another way you can make a difference in volunteering is helping children in hospitals by teaching an engaging art lesson! Share your passion for art and help young patients express their creativity through fun and therapeutic activities. To participate, simply enroll by filling out our form, and we’ll email you detailed information on how to prepare and deliver your lesson. For every lesson you teach, you can earn up to 2 hours of community service. Join us in bringing the joy of art to those who need it most!
